The rate structure for processing online transactions will be tailored to your individual situation.  The following is a general overview.

Listing Coordination requires a nonrefundable $100 setup fee for each listing and $75 -100 at loan approval depending on the complexity of the transaction and parties involved.

Closing Coordination requires a nonrefundable $150 setup fee for each transaction and $125 - $150 at loan approval depending on the complexity of the transaction and parties involved.

All new clients are subject to an initial $150 setup fee to customize your task lists, vendors and letters to your specifications.

Retainer clients receive attractive partnering rates.  Becoming a retainer client requires a minimum commitment of three(3) months, payment in advance on a monthly basis and an agreed upon average transaction minimum per month.
